Thomas Christopher grew up in Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa. After living in Seattle and Montana, he received his MFA at Western Michigan University.
He has published short stories in Valparaiso Fiction Review, The Louisville Review, Hawaii Pacific Review, The MacGuffin, Redivider, Small Spiral Notebook, Cooweescoowee, and elsewhere. He was also awarded an Irving S. Gilmore Emerging Artist Grant and was a finalist for the Matt Clark Prize. His dystopian novel Never Too Far was a semifinalist for the 2013 Best Indie Book Award as well as a Living Now Book Award Gold Medalist for adventure fiction. Currently, he lives in Nashville with his wife Jessica and their sons Holton and Vance. |
